Growing Choy Sum

Choy Sum or Chinese cabbage is sometimes calld Pak Choy. Choy Sum or Choi Sum is used for it tender juicy leaves in stir fried dishes and soups.

Choy sum is a cool season crop that will be ready to harvest in 1 - 2 months. Larger seeds seem to produce better plants.

Choy sum requires a humus rich moist soil and is not frost tolerant.
