Growing Bok Choi
Bok Choi should be planted after the risk of frosts has passed. A humus rich well drained soil is best. Dig over well before planting and remember that these are a leafy plant and will require a high nitrogen fertilizer.
Sow seeds in rows and stagger planting to prolong the harvest. Seeds need to be sown fairly shallow as they are very small.
