Siberian Iris Plant Profile, Care and Growing Notes

Siberian Iris or Iris Siberica are easy to grow and reasonably maintenance free. Siberian Iris prefer sun to part shade, and a well mulched soil.

Fertilize in early spring with an all-purpose fertilizer, this is also the time to divide clumps if required. Siberian Iris grow from 20cm to 100cm depending on species.

Flowering in late spring Siberian Iris also have arching grass-like leaves staying green throughout summer. They will tolerate wet conditions. Try Iris sibirica ?ÄòSummer Skies' . An unusual bicoloured I. sibirica with small but very attractive pale blue flowers.
