Duranta are a versitile plant that will grow from the tropics through to temperate regions. Originally from Southern Florida Duranta erecta is known as golden dewdrop, pigeonberry and skyflower. Duranta stenostach and Duranta repens are other species worth seeking. Duranta golden dewdrop, Duranta sheena's gold and Duranta 'geisha girl' are cultivars.
